Organic butter, pure organic vanilla and organic in-house blended chai spices with Darjeeling tea infused heavy cream, local raw honey and a little organic cane sugar- all boiled and cooked while I brush away sugar crystals and watchfully brew these into caramels.

Wrapped individually in wax paper and finished with a sprinkle of dry rose & cardamom rose salt.
