Ding-dong!

I’ve made so many backyard bells in the past year I’ve lost count! A good problem to have as a potter 😉

These are available in a few shops across Tucson and at @estebans_pottery in Sedona but started with @popcycleshop stock

Dusty rose clay but only when wet, as it fires to an iron speckled ochre.

This transformation of clay between my fingers and through the last steps of firing is ever exciting!

We head back to Tucson today after a fabulous few days with @happilybe
