Where do you ship your items?

Currently, I ship all items with the exception of Amaretti’s, Cookies, & Cakes nation wide within the United States, not including Alaska and Hawaii.


Would you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?

Yes. Please send me an inquiry listing the items you want to purchase so I may calculate shipping costs.

Do you ship your Persian Love Cake?

Love Cakes cannot be shipped. They are only for curbside pick up or delivery within 5 miles of zipcode 85711 in Tucson. Love Cakes can be purchased and travel packaging can be requested should you wish to drive or fly with it. We do not recommend shipping it yourself either but we know many clients who have driven or flown with it successfully.

Do you ship your cakes within Arizona? 

No. Cakes are only available in Tucson. 


Do you offer pick up & delivery options in Tucson? 

Yes. For pick up in Tucson please opt for CURBSIDE PICK UP under shipping options while checking out or use the Delivery option for delivery within 5 miles from 85711. Please contact me for large orders for delivery options.

Do you deliver anywhere in Tucson?

No. I only deliver within a five mile radius from zip code 85711 for a fee.

Do you deliver for weddings & special events?

Yes. I prefer to deliver for weddings and special events to preserve the integrity of my product and ensure a successful dessert table for your special day. Please write to me to discuss delivery prices and options depending on your location.

What kind of shipping do you use? 

Currently I use USPS priority and first class mail. 

All items are shipped 1-3 days after receiving your payment, and take 3-8 days to arrive.



2. Refunds, Exchanges, & Insurance.

Do you offer refunds? 

I do not offer refunds for perishable items. 

What shall I do if I’m unsatisfied with my non-perishable purchase?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the work I am happy to refund your money after my work has been returned to me and returned packed in a similar manner as was sent to you, to ensure safe shipping. You would be responsible for shipping costs. Please get in touch with me within 2-3 days so we may communicate in a healthy manner and find a solution. 

What shall I do if a non-persihable item arrives damaged and I want a refund? 

If an item is damaged and broken/unusable, I also offer refunds. Please make sure you follow the steps for damages listed below; I shall not refund you for damaged works if I do not receive evidence through photographs of the box and works for proof as laid out below.

I pack my pottery and ceremonial items with utmost care and love. If an item happens to  reach you broken through transit, please email me no later than three days and send me multiple photos:

-of the broken/damaged pieces,

-the box it was shipped in- inside and outside of box-

-the cover of the box to show proof of delivery

- photo of the tracking number on the box

-any photos highlighting the damage-asap- so I may claim insurance through USPa and make arrangements for an exchange or a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you opt for an exchange because you are either dissatisfied with an item or it arrived damaged, be aware that the exchange will not be the same item as each piece is unique and I cannot replicate it, however, you will have the option of choosing items for the same value from my online shop. 


Do you insure? 

All shipped items come with tracking confirmation and $50 insurance. 


3. Ingredients & Packaging.

What ingredients do you use? 

I use a combination of organic and non-gmo ingredients, utilizing locally sourced high quality ingredients whenever possible. 

What is the shelf life of your cookies?

All cookies should be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for optimal freshness. The amaretti’s are best consumed within 4-6 days. I have been told they don’t last as long as their shelf life.

 What is the shelf life of your cakes?

Persian Love Cakes should be stored at room temperature covered in ceran wrap or an airtight container to maintain its moistness. It can last up to 4-7 days if kept well wrapped and airtight.

What packaging do you use? 

I wrap your purchases with utmost care and use bubble wrap to ensure they reach you safely. Whenever possible, I use recycled bubble wrap or corrugated card.

I use food grade packaging for all my cookies and caramels.

My salts, sugars and spices are packaged in reusable glass containers. Bring your jar back for $1 off your next salt, sugar or spice purchase.


4. Collaborations.

Do you do collaborations? 

Yes. Contact me to discuss your idea.

Do you offer wedding favors and party favors? 

Yes contact me to create a unique favor tailored to your special event. 

Do you cater dessert bars?

Yes contact me to create a unique dessert bar and theme tailored to your special event. Agave Pantry delights in creating beautiful desserts both delicious to taste and aesthetically pleasing.

Baby showers, bridal showers, engagements, dress rehearsals and weddings.

Do you rent displays/stands?

Yes we do. Two options: elegant marble & rustic wood. I have marble slabs both large and small and marble & ceramic cake stands. Wood slabs and rustic themed displays. I deliver the displays with your oder; a deposit is retained which is fully refundable upon return of the items as received. Displays can be dropped off two days after your event for no fee and refundable deposit or they can be picked up for a fee and refunded deposit.
